You’ve been summoned by Mumbai’s Anti-Narcotics Cell. Your name came up in a 252 crore drug trafficking investigation. An alleged gangster linked to Dawood Ibrahim claims you attended his lavish parties in Dubai and Mumbai. The police want you at their Ghatkopar office Thursday morning at 10 AM sharp.

What do you do Wednesday night?

If you’re Orry, Bollywood’s most famous influencer whose actual job remains a mystery to everyone including himself, you go to Travis Scott’s concert at Mahalaxmi Racecourse. You sing along to FE!N. You dance with the crowd. You ask your friend to shine a light on your face while recording videos. You post it all to Instagram for your millions of followers.

Because apparently when facing serious drug trafficking allegations that could implicate half of Bollywood’s A-list, the correct response is to party harder.

This is the most Orry thing that has ever happened. A man whose entire career is built on showing up at parties and posing with celebrities gets accused of attending the wrong kinds of parties. And his defense strategy? Attend another party. On camera. One day before his scheduled police questioning.

The audacity. The spectacular, unbelievable audacity.

But here’s where this story gets actually wild. The investigation Orry’s caught up in involves mephedrone manufacturing, international money laundering through hawala channels, drugs transported in Mercedes and BMWs, a Dubai based kingpin with Dawood connections, and allegations that some of Bollywood’s biggest names were at these parties.

Share this with every gossip group you’re in because this scandal has layers upon layers upon layers.

The 252 Crore Drug Bust That Started Everything

Let’s rewind to March 2024. Mumbai Police’s Anti-Narcotics Cell raided a farm in Sangli, Maharashtra. What they found wasn’t crops. It was a sophisticated mephedrone manufacturing facility producing MD, a synthetic stimulant popular in rave culture and club scenes.

The numbers are staggering. Officers seized 126.14 kilograms of mephedrone valued at approximately 252 crores. That’s not street value inflation. That’s actual estimated worth based on market rates.

This wasn’t some small time operation. The facility was allegedly run by wanted narcotics trafficker Salim Dola and his son Taher. Raw materials were routed through an associate in Surat. The network was sophisticated, using high end vehicles including Mercedes and BMWs to transport drugs and avoid detection. Earnings were moved abroad through hawala channels, the underground money transfer system that bypasses traditional banking.

The investigation revealed connections spanning multiple cities and even international borders. Police discovered the Sangli unit was linked to a far wider network that had been operating for years. The operation started unraveling in August 2022 when a Nagpada resident was arrested, triggering a series of related detentions that ultimately led to the factory raid in March 2024.

Then on November 5, 2025, everything exploded. Mohammad Salim Mohammad Suhail Shaikh, a Dubai based drug trafficker and close associate of Salim Dola, was deported from Dubai and arrested upon landing in Mumbai. During interrogation, he started talking. And the names he dropped sent shockwaves through Bollywood.

According to police sources, Shaikh claimed he organized extravagant drug fueled parties across Mumbai, Goa, and Dubai. Not small gatherings. Lavish affairs with cocaine and charas supplied freely. And the guest list? That’s where Bollywood started sweating.

Don’t miss who else got name dropped in this mess next.

The Celebrity Guest List That Has Everyone Panicking

Mohammad Salim Shaikh’s interrogation revealed a who’s who of Bollywood and high society allegedly attending these parties. The Mumbai Police’s remand application to the Esplanade Court listed multiple high profile names.

Actresses Nora Fatehi and Shraddha Kapoor were mentioned. Siddhant Kapoor, son of actor Shakti Kapoor, was named. Filmmaker duo Abbas Mustan came up. Rapper Loka was referenced. NCP leader Zeeshan Siddique, son of slain politician Baba Siddique, was mentioned. And of course, Orry.

But the list gets even more explosive. Sources suggest Shaikh also claimed that Alishah Parkar attended some gatherings. That name might not mean much to casual observers. But Alishah Parkar is the son of Haseena Parkar, Dawood Ibrahim’s late sister. That’s right. The nephew of India’s most wanted fugitive gangster allegedly at parties organized by this drug network.

The implications are massive. If these allegations prove true, it means a drug trafficking operation with direct links to the Dawood Ibrahim gang was hosting parties that Bollywood celebrities, influencers, and politicians were attending. Whether they knew about the drug connections or just thought they were at fancy parties remains unclear. But the optics are catastrophic.

Mumbai Police clarified multiple times that these are unverified claims from an arrested trafficker trying to bargain. “We are verifying the statements made by the accused,” a senior officer told press. “We are examining digital and financial trails.” Translation: they’re checking phone records, travel logs, hotel bookings, bank transactions, and social media activity to see if Shaikh is telling the truth or fabricating stories.

No one has been charged. No one has been arrested based solely on these allegations. But everyone named has been or will be called in for questioning. The Anti-Narcotics Cell is building a case methodically, starting with the most visible personality on the list. Which brings us back to Orry.

Who Even Is Orry And Why Does He Matter?

For those blissfully unaware of Mumbai’s social scene, Orhan Awatramani, universally known as Orry, is a phenomenon that defies easy explanation. He’s not an actor. He’s not a model. He’s not a singer. He doesn’t have a traditional job that anyone can identify.

He’s a lifestyle influencer. A socialite. A Mumbai Page 3 fixture whose entire career is built on being friends with famous people and attending parties. He’s photographed constantly with Bollywood’s star kids: Suhana Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, Nysa Devgan, Sara Ali Khan, Ananya Panday. He travels globally, wears flashy designer clothes, and documents his life for millions of Instagram followers.

His appeal is part mystery, part aspirational lifestyle porn, part genuine charisma. People follow him because his life looks fun. Endless parties. Celebrity friendships. Designer everything. Globe trotting adventures. He’s living the dream that social media convinced an entire generation they could achieve.

But his fame also makes him a target. When you’re known primarily for attending parties and your face is in every celebrity gathering photo, getting named in an investigation about drug parties is exceptionally bad timing. Orry’s entire brand is access. Access to celebrities. Access to exclusive events. Access to the glamorous life most people only see on Instagram.

If that access was partially built through attending parties organized by alleged drug traffickers with gangster connections, the brand collapses. Sponsors pull out. Celebrity friends distance themselves. The influencer economy is brutal. One scandal can end careers overnight.

So when Orry got summoned by the Anti-Narcotics Cell, everyone waited to see how he’d respond. Would he go quiet? Issue a statement? Lawyer up and hide?

Nope. He went to a Travis Scott concert and posted videos dancing.

Share this with your friend who still doesn’t understand what influencers do for a living because this is Exhibit A.

The Travis Scott Concert That Became A Statement

Travis Scott performed at Mumbai’s Mahalaxmi Racecourse on November 19, 2025. The rapper’s return to India, just a month after his Delhi shows, drew massive crowds. The venue was packed with fans eager to experience his high energy performance featuring pyrotechnics, smoke cannons, and color changing lights.

Amid the thousands of concertgoers, there was Orry. Videos surfaced online showing him singing along to Travis’s hits, particularly FE!N, the track that had the entire crowd jumping and screaming. In one clip, he’s visibly asking someone to shine light on his face while recording, making sure his presence is documented clearly.

It’s a power move. Or supreme delusion. Possibly both.

Think about the optics. You’re facing questioning in a 252 crore drug case. Your name was dropped by an alleged trafficker who claims you attended his parties alongside possible Dawood Ibrahim connections. The responsible thing would be keeping a low profile. Maybe consulting lawyers privately. Definitely not being photographed at a massive concert the night before your police summons.

But Orry’s entire existence is about being seen. Being photographed. Being the guy at every big event. Showing up at Travis Scott’s concert wasn’t just about enjoying music. It was a statement: I’m not hiding. I’m not scared. Business as usual.

Some fans praised him for confidence. Others called it tone deaf. Legal experts watching the situation called it potentially problematic from a public perception standpoint. When you’re about to be questioned in a serious criminal investigation, maybe don’t create visual evidence of yourself partying 12 hours before your police appointment.

But Orry’s never been one for traditional wisdom. His career is built on doing exactly what conventional PR advice says not to do. And somehow, it works for him. Until maybe it doesn’t.

The Police Questioning That Everyone’s Watching

Orry was summoned to appear before the Anti-Narcotics Cell’s Ghatkopar unit at 10 AM on Thursday, November 21. According to reports, he sought postponement citing prior commitments, though whether that request was granted remains unclear.

What will the questioning involve? Police want to understand his relationship with Mohammad Salim Shaikh. Did he attend parties Shaikh organized? If so, when and where? Who else was there? Was he aware drugs were present? Did he consume any substances? How did he know Shaikh? What’s the nature of their relationship?

An ANC officer confirmed to media: “We have summoned Orry to our office in Ghatkopar on Thursday morning to question him about the matter. We will decide whether to question other celebrities and political leaders mentioned by Shaikh after we speak to Orry.”

That last sentence is crucial. Orry is the first domino. How he handles questioning determines whether police pursue other names on the list aggressively or drop the matter. If he cooperates fully, provides digital evidence clearing himself, and demonstrates no knowledge of illegal activities, this could end quietly. If he’s evasive, contradictory, or investigators find concerning connections, it opens doors to interrogating everyone else Shaikh mentioned.

The stakes are massive. Not just for Orry, but for everyone waiting to see if their name gets called next. Bollywood is watching nervously because if this investigation expands, reputations will be destroyed regardless of actual guilt. Just being associated with this case damages careers in an industry built on image.

This Isn’t Orry’s First Brush With Controversy

Here’s what most coverage isn’t mentioning. This is the second time Orry’s faced substance related legal issues.

In March 2025, just eight months ago, Orry and seven others were booked by Jammu and Kashmir Police for allegedly consuming alcohol in a Katra hotel near the Vaishno Devi shrine. That’s significant because Katra has strict laws prohibiting alcohol and non vegetarian food due to its religious significance. An FIR was registered for breaching these rules and hurting religious sentiments.

The incident didn’t explode into major scandal because it was relatively minor. But it established a pattern. Orry’s lifestyle, built on partying and exclusive gatherings, sometimes crosses legal boundaries. When you’re constantly at parties in different cities and countries, eventually you’ll end up somewhere that what you’re doing is illegal.

That first incident was alcohol in a dry town. This second incident is alleged attendance at drug parties organized by international traffickers. The scale has escalated dramatically. If the Katra situation was a warning shot, this Mumbai investigation is a five alarm fire.

The question everyone’s asking: does Orry have a problem, or is he just spectacularly unlucky? Is he genuinely involved in these scenes, or is he a social media personality who shows up to so many parties that statistically some were bound to have illegal activity?

Those questions will be answered based on the investigation’s findings. But perception matters as much as reality in the influencer economy. Even if Orry is completely cleared, the association with a 252 crore drug case and alleged Dawood connections could permanently taint his brand.

What This Says About Bollywood’s Party Culture

Strip away the specific names and look at what this scandal reveals. There’s an underground party scene in Mumbai, Dubai, and Goa where drugs flow freely, attended by celebrities, influencers, and connected individuals. These aren’t raves in abandoned warehouses. They’re allegedly lavish affairs at upscale locations, organized by people with serious criminal connections.

And Bollywood knows about it. Maybe not everyone. But enough people that when an arrested trafficker starts naming names, multiple A-listers get mentioned. That doesn’t happen unless there’s widespread participation or at least awareness that these parties exist.

The industry has always had a complicated relationship with substances. It’s an open secret that many parties involve drugs. Cocaine, MDMA, and charas circulate regularly in certain social circles. Most people look the other way because it’s normalized, because everyone’s doing it, because calling it out means ostracizing yourself.

But when those parties are organized by people connected to international drug trafficking networks and underground gangsters, it crosses a line from industry blind spot to potential criminal liability. If you’re attending parties thrown by Dawood Ibrahim’s associates, even unknowingly, that’s a serious problem.

This investigation might force Bollywood to confront what it’s been ignoring for years. That the glamorous party culture that gets documented on social media and feeds celebrity brands is sometimes built on illegal foundations with dangerous people pulling strings in the background.

Whether this leads to meaningful change or just becomes another scandal that gets forgotten in six months remains to be seen. But for now, it’s shining light on corners of the industry that prefer darkness.

The Question Nobody Wants To Answer

Here’s the uncomfortable truth. Orry probably didn’t know Mohammad Salim Shaikh was an alleged international drug trafficker with Dawood connections when he attended parties. Most celebrities and influencers don’t vet who organizes events they’re invited to. You get invited to a party through mutual friends, you show up, you have fun, you leave.

But ignorance isn’t a defense when those parties turn out to be criminal operations. And when you build your entire brand on being at every exclusive gathering, you assume risks that come with that access.

The bigger question is what happens next. Does this investigation expand to include everyone Shaikh named? Do Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, Abbas Mustan, Zeeshan Siddique, and others get summoned? Do they cooperate or lawyer up? Does evidence emerge confirming Shaikh’s claims or does the case collapse because he’s fabricating stories?

And what about Orry specifically? Does he walk out of questioning cleared and resume his life like nothing happened? Or does this become the scandal that finally makes sponsors and celebrity friends distance themselves from the liability he represents?

Drop a comment: Do you think Orry knew what kind of parties he was attending? Is he guilty of bad judgment or actual criminality? Share this with your Bollywood gossip group because this story is far from over.

Follow for updates as the investigation develops. Because when an influencer whose job is attending parties gets accused of attending the wrong parties, that’s not just scandal. That’s spectacular irony.

When Orry danced at Travis Scott’s concert hours before his Anti-Narcotics Cell questioning, he made a choice. Stay visible. Stay relevant. Keep being Orry. Whether that confidence is justified or delusional depends entirely on what happens Thursday morning at the Ghatkopar police unit. And all of Bollywood is watching to see if they’re next.
